    The JYD-type low-voltage fixed switchgear is designed for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises.     Structural Features

    The cabinet of the JYD-type AC low-voltage distribution switchgear assembly adopts a universal cabinet design, with the frame constructed from C-channel profiles. All frame components and specialized matching parts are manufactured and supplied directly by our company, ensuring precise manufacturing and superior quality. The modular design of the universal cabinet’s components features 20 standardized mounting holes, resulting in a high degree of interchangeability. This design allows factories to implement pre-production processes efficiently, significantly reducing both the production timeline and boosting overall operational effectiveness.

    The JYD cabinet design thoroughly addresses the issue of heat dissipation during operation. The cabinet features varying numbers of ventilation slots at both the top and bottom ends. When electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, it rises upward and is expelled through the upper slots, while cool air continuously flows in from the lower slots below. This creates a natural ventilation pathway that circulates air from the bottom to the top within the sealed cabinet, effectively dissipating heat.

    The JYD cabinet is designed following the principles of modern industrial product styling, employing the golden ratio to determine the cabinet’s overall shape and the proportional dimensions of its various components, resulting in a sleek and elegant appearance.

    The cabinet door is connected to the cabinet frame using pivoting, adjustable hinges, making installation and removal effortless. At the folded edges of the door, a U-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded—allowing for a slight compression stroke when the door is closed. This design prevents direct impact between the door and the cabinet body while also enhancing the door's overall protection level.

    The instrument door, containing electrical components, is connected to the frame using multi-strand flexible copper wire. Inside the cabinet, mounting hardware is secured to the frame via varnish-coated washers, ensuring that the entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection system.

    The cabinet surfaces are finished using a high-pressure electrostatic powder-coating process, offering excellent adhesion and a premium tactile quality. The entire cabinet features a matte finish that effectively eliminates glare, creating a more comfortable visual environment for on-duty personnel.

    The cabinet's top cover can be removed when needed, making it easy to assemble and adjust the main busbar on-site. Additionally, lifting loops are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for hoisting and transportation.

    The enclosure has an IP30 protection rating. Users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 depending on the requirements of their specific environment.
