    The YB-40.5 modular substation is a 40.5kV primary voltage and 12kV (7.2) secondary voltage, three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor complete equipment system. It is ideally suited for use in urban areas, towns, factories, oil fields, and even large-scale construction sites—serving as a solution for receiving, transforming, and distributing electrical energy.     Meaning of the Model

    Structural Features

    The substation adopts an overall "H"-shaped layout, comprising a 35kV switchgear room, a 10kV switchgear room, an automatic control room, and transformer bays. The control room is integrated into a single enclosure, either combined with the 35kV or 10kV switchgear room depending on site conditions, while the other switchgear room is housed in a separate enclosure. The transformers are located outdoors, carefully shielded and separated to create a dedicated transformer installation area. Connection between the transformers and the two switchgear units is established via overhead busbars or cable lines.

    The cabinet body is typically constructed from high-quality steel sheets, which undergo surface anti-corrosion and coating treatments. Insulation material is added in the middle to ensure the temperature-control system inside the cabinet operates efficiently. Alternatively, the cabinet material can also be made from anodized aluminum alloy panels or composite color-steel panels.
